This site brings together implementations of algorithms that enable you to manipulate and analyse text without having to write anything yourself. The aim is to save you the time of doing it manually or having to write something yourself. Presenting the tools with a common interface. Even if this site can only get you part of the way there, hopefully we will have saved you some effort.

People in a variety of occupations have a need to transform, analyse or manipulate data to make it more useful. A lot of the time, this process is manually done because it is seen as a once off or simple task. Why bother to write a computer program when it is quicker to cut, paste and delete, especially if you're only doing it once. The real problem presents itself when you need to repeat the task over and over again. At that point, you'll begin looking for easier ways to speed up or automate the repetitive manual task. In all likelyhood you'll wonder whether someone else has already written something to do it, surely I'm not the only one with this problem? In all likelihood, yes and hopefully it's available on this site.

• No data is sent accross the internet or back to a server, so it is safe from prying eyes. All the code runs directly within the browser, using client side javascript, on your machine.
• Wisdom of the crowds. If you code something that you think others could benefit from, please feel free to share and I'll add it to the site.
